Habesha Creator Hub ("HCH", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the HCH mobile application, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide: name, email address, profile photo, bio, country, categories, and linked social/YouTube channels.
• Content you create: posts, video links, comments, feedback, and messages.
• Activity data: watch time, Points earned, follows, likes, saves, daily check-ins, and reports you submit.
• Technical data: basic device/log information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate HCH — displaying your profile and content, awarding Points for genuine YouTube watch support, powering Discovery and the Daily Support Queue, enabling messaging, processing subscriptions/promotions, and keeping the community safe from spam and abuse.

What we do NOT do

We never sell your personal data. We never require you to subscribe to or follow anyone. We do not exchange or sell fake subscribers, views, or followers.

Third-party services

• Stripe — securely processes card payments for Creator Pro and Featured promotions. HCH does not store your card details.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails such as password resets and account notifications.
• Google Sign-In — optional authentication using your Google account.
• YouTube — videos are embedded for viewing; usage is subject to YouTube's terms and Google's privacy policy.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit or delete your posts and profile at any time in the app. To request full account and data deletion, email us at the address below and we will process your request.

Children's privacy

HCH is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.

Child Safety Standards

Our Commitment. HCH is committed to keeping our community safe. We have zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM, and we take every measure to prevent, detect, and remove such content and to protect minors on our platform.
